Business and Workplace Health Services - The Industrial Medical Center - Drug Screenings We perform NIDA (National Institute of Drug Abuse) accredited tests, Medical Review Officer (MRO) services, and breath alcohol testing. Specimens are processed locally in our own State-licensed laboratory, or sent to a laboratory of your choice. The IMC utilizes a specially designed collection area that complies with NIDA guidelines. We are a major collection site on the East Coast for national and local companies. All specimens processed in our full-service laboratory comply with Connecticut State Law Public Act No. 87-551. Our laboratory retains a positive urine specimen for one year for future reference. All test results are reported to a specific individual designated by your company to insure confidentiality.
