Staying Cool During Pregnancy

Now that it's mid-summer, it's especially important to keep your body from overheating if you're pregnant. During your workout, drink water before, during and after exercise. Wear cotton clothing, and don't overexert yourself, says the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Be sure to discuss your exercise program with your doctor.
